Marking Tag Wala

A terminal-block marker manufacturer's site with a browser-based marking editor.

Customers lay out the text on every tag of a marker strip and the order becomes a print-ready specification sheet. The PDF is generated without a PDF library — in the browser for the customer, and in a Cloudflare Worker for the manufacturer, from the same font metrics so the two copies cannot disagree about an order. Enquiries arrive by email with the sheet attached.

A catalogue site for a pharmaceutical machinery manufacturer.

Each machine leads with its full specification table rather than marketing copy, with enquiry forms throughout. Seven pages, fully static, and no client-side JavaScript at all.

About

Systems work in Rust, and the web work that pays for it

We build software in two fairly different registers. Most of the day-to-day is web: sites that load fast, the forms and automation behind them, and the small services that make them useful to the business actually running them.

Alongside that we work in Rust. Systems programming is where most of our attention has gone, and it is what we publish about on YouTube.

The client work on this page was built at RiverPoint, our web and app development studio in Ahmedabad, India.

We take a project end to end — the site, the service it talks to, the deployment, and whatever turns an enquiry into something the client can act on the same day.
